This is a very informational, beautiful book! I love the oil profiles that help you tailor which seeds/nuts you will press for your personal needs. Beautiful artwork and photos. A source list at the back of the book for presses might have been nice. We heard Mr. Cohen speak at Baker Creek and his passion is undeniable. This book is evidence of his desire to educate and equip people toward more a more vibrant and healthy lifestyle.
