It wasn’t long after we started to press seeds and nuts for their oil that we realized that the next logical step for us was to add a flour mill to the homestead. With all of these tasty seeds around it would be a shame to not mill them up and add them to our breads and other recipes. After we extract the oils from the various nuts and seeds, the remaining seedcake is then run through the mill.
