Korintje, or Indonesian cassia, is the most commonly found cinnamon in American kitchens. Frontier Co-op® Organic Korintje Cinnamon Granules work especially well added to a tea bag or strainer for quick hot beverage infusions, for flavoring coffee and in mulling spice blends. They also go great with other spices and herbs in tea blends such as chai. Kosher certified and non-irradiated. Use in mulling spice blends for cider, juice or wine. Sprinkle into ground coffee before brewing.
